Sales Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a pioneering project combining Claude and Salesforce, the full-time Solutions Architect - Sales Cloud will translate customer business needs into practical Salesforce and Agentforce solutions, working flexibly with clients during their business hours to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions and readiness assessments to identify opportunities for Agentforce adoption
• Design scalable configurations using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Own the technical architecture and delivery of Sales Cloud implementations, from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud architecture and configuration
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to lead discovery sessions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation and workflow capabilities
• Claude Foundations/Associate certification or willingness to obtain it quickly
