Sales Compensation Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Sales Compensation Accountant will manage the calculation and payout of global sales commissions and bonuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with the Global Sales Team and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and process global sales commissions and bonuses, ensuring accurate and timely payouts
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support documentation for month-end close activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive process improvements

Required qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Preferred degree in Accounting
• Experience with Xactly Incent and Excel for compensation calculations
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with independent judgment
• Knowledge of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
