Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge e-commerce AI company, the full-time Sales Concierge will engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases while navigating a blend of sales, support, and general customer care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customer leads through conversations that enhance brand loyalty and drive sales conversions
• Navigate a mix of sales, support, and customer care, adjusting tone and approach based on the situation
• Collaborate with the product team to identify improvement opportunities and maintain accurate internal documentation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles
• Experience in luxury or high-touch retail environments is preferred
• Strong comfort level with software tools and platforms, with some technical or product experience required
• Ability to work independently while being motivated and organized to meet goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
