Sales Consultant, California Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting the sales process in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Consultant, California Licensed, will manage administrative activities such as content mapping, order processing, and CRM updates while collaborating with the Strategic Accounts Team and Regional Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales teams, enabling focus on customer engagement and revenue generation
• Update and maintain Salesforce for opportunity and account management, and assist with contract alignment and billing reviews
• Support account planning and prospecting efforts to optimize sales opportunities within assigned territories

Required qualifications

• BA or BS degree strongly preferred
• At least two years of successful sales or customer interaction experience
• Experience with digital sales products/applications and contact management systems, such as Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
