Sales Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling skincare brand, the fully remote Sales Data Analyst will manage SQL-based analyses across bundles, DTC order economics, subscriptions, churn, product profitability, and phone sales performance while building dashboards from scratch in BigQuery.

Key responsibilities:

• Own SQL-based analysis across various sales metrics and build dashboards for bundle performance and phone sales
• Analyze order-line-level revenue and manage unit-economics analysis by product and cohort
• Utilize AI tools to enhance SQL and dashboard creation efficiency while ensuring data quality and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on SQL analysis experience, preferably with BigQuery and order or subscription data
• Demonstrated use of AI tools like Claude Code to expedite SQL model or dashboard delivery
• Experience analyzing subscription businesses, including MRR movements and churn definitions
• Familiarity with homegrown BI tools such as Metabase and Looker Studio
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
