Sales Development Representative
Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the commission-based Sales Development Representative will work remotely to source new business opportunities, conduct cold outreach, and book qualified product demonstrations while capturing valuable market feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Source and create a qualified pipeline daily through targeted prospecting and outreach
- Conduct cold calling and personalized outreach to book discovery calls and product demos
- Nurture free trial users and self-signup customers, driving them toward conversations with the sales team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a sales capacity, including generating leads and cold calling
- High energy and competitive mindset with a strong desire to drive results
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Experience in the beauty and wellness space is highly preferred
