Job Summary
Conducting targeted phone-based marketing campaigns, the full-time remote Sales Development Specialist will generate business development opportunities with financial professionals and maintain accurate profiles using CrumpCRM.
Key responsibilities
- Perform outbound marketing calls to new and existing financial professionals to generate business opportunities
- Utilize CrumpCRM to log interactions and support financial professionals in adopting digital platform tools
- Provide customer support for inbound sales inquiries and assist with training of teammates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Prior phone-based sales or service experience is preferred
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a self-directed manner
