Job Summary
To drive sales results and team performance, the full-time salaried Sales Director will lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives and Customer Account Executives, focusing on new business, renewals, and expansion while collaborating cross-functionally in the vacation rental industry.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve quotas through structured meetings and performance reviews
- Implement sales training programs and serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales on headcount planning and team structure to support growth
Required qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience in managing and developing sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes and forecasting
- Ability to create and implement effective training programs
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus
