Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance the performance and development of Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development for Revenue-facing teams
  • Design and deliver enablement programs while establishing a scalable enablement function
  • Develop a Revenue Enablement strategy aligned with company goals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely information is available
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of Revenue or Sales Enablement experience, including hands-on individual contributor work
  • Experience in a high-growth startup at Series B stage or later, or supporting a company through IPO or M&A
  • Proven ability to build enablement infrastructure in fast-moving environments
  • Strong command of sales methodologies and experience embedding them into training programs
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content development and workflow enhancement
