Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will manage the sale of power distribution products while developing and maintaining relationships with medium and large Electrical Contractor accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute an Account plan in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Build and maintain positive relationships with account decision-makers and influencers
- Develop and present comprehensive project proposals that meet client requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in selling power distribution equipment, particularly MV/LV switchgear
- Proven track record in negotiating project orders and maintaining contractor relationships
- Experience in generating accurate project proposals for complete bid packages
- Self-motivated with strong professionalism and excellent communication skills
