Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the remote Manager, Sales Engineering will oversee the Sales Engineering team in the FAME region, partnering with Sales and Product Management to drive customer engagements and support strategic business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers across the FAME region
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on regional strategies and complex customer opportunities
- Support technical engagements, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales teams
- 5+ years within enterprise software, preferably in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales
- Strong knowledge of Application Security and modern software development practices
- Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, and contemporary development technologies
- Fluent in English, with French and Arabic fluency highly desirable
