Sales Leadership Recruiter

Job Summary

To support sales leadership hiring across multiple organizations, the remote contract HR Recruiter will focus on recruiting for District Sales Manager and Zone Manager roles while also managing additional sales recruiting needs as priorities shift.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit sales leadership talent across various geographic markets
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements and assess candidates' fit

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience recruiting sales professionals and leadership roles
• Strong understanding of outside/field sales organizations
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior hiring leaders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment
