Job Summary
Driving profitable growth through the sale of world-class wind turbines, the full-time remote Sales Manager Wind will build strong relationships with assigned accounts, provide commercial and technical support, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts and understand their project needs and strategies
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within assigned accounts and territories
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Service, and Project Management to use resources effectively
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or a business degree with a strong passion for technology
- Sales/Business Development experience within the wind sector or wind project development
- Solid understanding of the German wind landscape, including key financial drivers for customers
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to present confidently to executives and stakeholders
- High-energy self-starter willing to travel (30-40%) for customer meetings
