Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support the nursing category's success, the full-time Sales Operations Analyst will manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics while working in a hybrid environment from Leawood, KS or remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy and quality of sales data within the data warehouse and CRM
- Perform routine and ad hoc data analysis to support sales leadership and operational initiatives
- Provide support to the sales organization by responding to data-related inquiries and assisting in report preparation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in analytical or sales support roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data manipulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint and Teams
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a commitment to data quality
