Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the analytics modernization efforts, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst IV will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze commercial performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enhance reporting accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for business performance tracking
- Analyze commercial performance data to identify trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support data validation and user acceptance testing to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or a related analytical role
- Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data manipulation
- Experience with SQL, Power Query, DAX, or similar enterprise data platforms preferred
