Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Revenue Operations team, the remote Associate Sales Operations Analyst will analyze sales data, optimize sales processes, and provide insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Update and distribute sales pipeline, bookings, and key metrics reports to executive leadership and board members
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic sales planning
- Maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity and optimize sales reporting tools and analytics platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a SaaS organization
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and data management tools
