Sales Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting NVIDIA's North America and Latin America Enterprise Sales division, the full-time Sales Operations Analyst will manage resource planning, facilitate onboarding and enablement for the sales organization, and own the operating process for industry and territory reviews, all while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the NALA resource and headcount-planning process, facilitating prioritization and preparing executive materials for leadership reviews
- Support Zoom onboarding and enablement activities, including user access, training, and usage reporting
- Analyze territory and account performance to identify coverage gaps and productivity concerns, providing insights for leadership attention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in sales operations, business operations, or analytics
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes with multiple collaborators and competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with analytical models and dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce and business-intelligence tools such as Power BI
