Supporting the day-to-day Sales function, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce user support, oversee operational tasks, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and Ops Console user support, addressing inquiries from the sales team
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly operations, including lead/account assignment, data integrity updates, and report building
- Identify areas for improvement and automate manual processes to enhance overall efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Operations capacity
- Experience using Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills, thriving in a data-rich environment
- Ability to create thorough documentation of work
