Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Sales Operations Analyst will support global service operations, manage spare parts demand, and optimize business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with supply chain, customer success, technical support, and field service teams to coordinate operational needs and ensure timely customer support
- Manage spare parts demand planning and inventory forecasting based on usage trends and service requirements
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop reports using Excel and Power BI
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in service operations, sales operations, supply chain, or a related business operations function
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience navigating and interpreting Power BI dashboards and reports
- Understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning processes
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems; Oracle and Salesforce experience are a plus
