Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate (Early Career).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM data, including leads and contact records
  • Assist in building and maintaining a sales activity plan to translate revenue goals into actionable tasks
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track sales activities and progress toward goals
Required Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative operations
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
  • U.S.-based candidates only, with preference for those in Phoenix or Indianapolis areas
