Job Summary
To support the North America business, the full-time remote GTM & Sales Operations Associate will manage market analysis, pipeline analytics, and AI-driven systems automation, ensuring data integrity and effective communication between regional leadership and global HQ.
Key responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive market and go-to-market analysis to guide regional leadership decisions
- Own pipeline and forecast analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and integrate AI-native systems and automation into daily workflows to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, GTM/Business Strategy, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive recommendations from raw data
- Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for automation
- Familiarity with "vibe coding" and low-code tools to create internal solutions
