Job Summary
Supporting the growth team, the full-time Sales Operations Associate will manage the CRM, track contract opportunities, and prepare reports while ensuring accurate customer data and pipeline visibility in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate opportunity and contact information
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports and analytics for leadership, summarizing key metrics
- Coordinate logistics for proposals, quotes, and customer events, ensuring timely and organized execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, political science, or a related field, earned within the last 12-18 months or graduating soon
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain organized records
- Experience with CRM systems and data management tools is preferred
