Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless order management, the full-time remote Sales Operations Coordinator will oversee purchase order accuracy, manage EDI transactions, and coordinate special projects while maintaining inventory health across e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily EDI order flow, validating purchase orders and resolving exceptions
• Monitor inventory health and coordinate replenishment for Amazon and Walmart.com
• Manage special projects, including kitting and sample requests, ensuring timely execution

Required qualifications

• Hands-on EDI experience with direct management of retailer transactions
• 2+ years in sales operations, order management, or supply chain within a CPG or consumer brand
• Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment and inventory management on Amazon and/or Walmart.com
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for reconciling large data sets
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
