Job Summary
Providing day-to-day servicing for Relationship Manager clients, the fully remote Sales Operations Manager will resolve client inquiries, manage deposit operations, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the bank, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and complaints
- Perform deposit operations-related activities, including processing deposits and managing account transactions
- Analyze client needs to identify cross-selling opportunities and facilitate new deposit account requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in client service or banking operations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services
