Job Summary

To support a growing sales force, the full-time Sales Operations Senior Analyst will manage operational efforts, conduct root cause analyses, and promote data-driven decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts to improve efficiency with minimal supervision
• Conduct root cause analyses related to sales compensation structures and software platform integration
• Measure the impact of efforts to validate results and ensure sustained performance improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, operational, or project management roles
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, and other analytical tools
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a track record of achieving measurable results
