Sales Operations Service Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Sales Operations Service Agent will assist brokers and agents by addressing inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, and claims processes while collaborating with the Sales Operations Management team on service-related projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Field phone and written inquiries from brokers, agents, and their uplines, ensuring high-quality assistance
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding commercial member, employer, and broker business, including eligibility and claims questions
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to track and trend quality performance issues and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Experience providing quality service across a broad range of business topics
• Telephonic customer service experience, including handling escalated calls
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
