Job Summary
Supporting sales and marketing operations, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will manage internal requests, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal requests via email and Slack channels
- Maintain and organize the internal Knowledgebase to ensure accuracy and usefulness
- Support report and dashboard creation, maintenance, and delivery to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom
