Sales Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Sales Account Executives and their clients, the full-time remote Sales Operations Support Specialist will manage client requests, provide accurate price quotes, and collaborate with various teams to drive sales growth and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with field Account Executives to address client business issues and enhance sales performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure optimal business outcomes and client satisfaction
• Process orders, maintain vendor relations, and respond to client inquiries within defined service level agreements

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or sales support
• Familiarity with the information technology industry, including major vendors like Cisco and Microsoft
• Understanding of sales processes, including quote to cash flow and sales forecasting
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
