Sales Order Coordinator
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Sales Order Coordinator will manage order processing from receipt through invoicing across multiple sales channels, ensuring seamless fulfillment for retail and eCommerce customers, including Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales orders across various channels, validating order attributes and consulting with the Sales Team as needed
- Foster relationships with retail partners, serving as the primary point of contact for order inquiries and updates
- Support special projects related to sales promotions and product merchandising while maintaining accurate order and inventory records
Required Qualifications
- Experience in order processing and fulfillment within a multi-channel sales environment
- Proficiency in using OMS, ERP, WMS, and EDI systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination
- Ability to analyze data and create reports related to order volumes and fulfillment performance
