Sales Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Project Manager will manage the sales pipeline, oversee post-quote follow-ups, and ensure timely contract execution while collaborating closely with marketing and sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pipeline health by monitoring open opportunities and ensuring smooth sales workflows from proposal to close
• Prioritize and assign follow-ups to account executives, tracking their completion to maintain momentum in the sales process
• Own CRM data quality by keeping records accurate and up to date, and analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong data analysis skills to track progress and recommend process improvements
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Positive disposition and a proactive attitude
