Sales Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a fast-growing DTC phone sales team, the fully remote Sales Recruiter will source high-quality Appointment Setters and Outbound Sales Closers, build a candidate pipeline through various channels, and manage a high-volume recruitment process focused on placements and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and engage potential Appointment Setters and Outbound Sales Closers using creative sourcing methods
- Conduct structured screens to assess candidates' sales experience and performance history
- Maintain candidate records and ensure a smooth recruitment process with minimal drop-off
Required qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume environments
- Proven experience recruiting sales professionals or similar revenue-generating roles
- Must have a LinkedIn Premium Account for effective sourcing
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Ability to work 6 days a week for 10 hours per day
