Job Summary
To provide essential recruiting support, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on sales and revenue roles, proactively sourcing candidates and building strong talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, emphasizing sales and revenue-related roles
- Proactively source passive candidates through various channels and build targeted talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate screens and partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and expectations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience successfully recruiting sales and revenue talent
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from individual contributors to leadership positions
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools
