Seeking a full-time Sales Recruiter, this remote position will manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts, partner with Sales leadership to attract top-tier talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all sales roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various Sales positions
- Proactively source and engage high-performing sales talent across global markets
- Design and coordinate customized interview processes that align with hiring standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least 3 years in sales recruiting
- Experience recruiting for enterprise-level sales roles with P&L ownership
- Strong understanding of business operations and professional services environments
