Sales Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in sales and revenue-generating roles within the Payroll, HCM, Payments, and FinTech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source passive candidates from relevant industries to build robust candidate pipelines
- Utilize various sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments
- Proven success in sourcing and recruiting outside sales professionals and other revenue-generating roles
- Strong understanding of the relevant industries and competitive talent markets
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now
