To support the growth of merchant payment processing solutions, the full-time Sales Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle for Outside Sales Representatives, focusing on strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, and collaboration with hiring managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for high-volume sales roles
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels
- Conduct thorough screenings and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting or sales experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday, is preferred
- Strong ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
