Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Sales Recruiter will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales and revenue-generating roles within the Payroll, HCM, Payments, and FinTech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source passive candidates from relevant industries using various recruiting methods
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments
- Proven success in sourcing and recruiting outside sales professionals and revenue-generating roles
- Strong understanding of related industries and ability to build candidate pipelines in competitive markets
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now
