Sales Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team, the full-time Associate Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails, assist in order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales calls and emails to quote prices and place orders, meeting sales goals
• Track order status and resolve routine customer issues under guidance
• Attend training sessions and engage in vendor and customer activities outside of standard hours

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience or a 2-year degree
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with effective messaging skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant computer applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
