Sales Service Representative

Job Summary

Supporting revenue generation and customer service efforts, the full-time Sales Service Representative will execute broadcast and digital order entry, maintain orders throughout campaign flights, and coordinate with account managers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and maintain broadcast and digital order entries, ensuring accuracy throughout campaign flights
• Communicate order changes and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with agency and station account managers
• Assist with preempt reports, invoice maintenance, and managing advertiser/agency codes

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with knowledge of broadcast traffic and sales order systems
• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Familiarity with Wide Orbit Traffic and basic Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
