Sales Support Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-driven and organized, the full-time Sales Support Analyst will manage new-item and promotional submission processes for the retail sales team, ensuring accuracy and coordination across multiple retailer relationships in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end process for new-item setup and promotional management across retail customers
• Prepare and organize routine meeting materials and validate financial information required for retailer submissions
• Implement systems and workflows to enhance productivity and improve account management processes

Required qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in CPG sales support, account coordination, or a related commercial role
• Experience preparing retailer new-item forms and promotional submissions
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data validation and reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring commercial processes with limited supervision
• Experience navigating retailer portals and customer systems effectively
