Sales Support Associate
Job Summary
Providing presale support and producing qualified illustrations, the full-time remote Sales Support Associate will assist producer groups and internal staff by maintaining product knowledge, running illustrations, and documenting sales follow-up activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide product and carrier information to producer groups and internal staff
- Run illustrations based on competitive life insurance knowledge and maintain departmental workflows
- Proactively follow up on presale activities and document requests using a CRM system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
- Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, product, and sales processes is preferred
