Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced sales environment, the full-time Sales Support Representative will manage order processing, resolve issues, and assist sales teams while working remotely from Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve pending orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Provide support to sales teams by answering questions about products, promotions, and order entry procedures
• Document and track support requests in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates and resolution

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of customer service experience, preferably in sales support or a call center
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in resolving complex order-processing issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or order-management systems
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills, including working with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
