Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in a remote capacity, the full-time Sales Support Representative will manage order processing, documentation verification, and patient follow-up to ensure timely and compliant order fulfillment for the company's active compression system.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support partner to the sales team, ensuring timely collection and verification of necessary documentation
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and patients to obtain missing information and communicate order status updates
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or healthcare administration
• Experience with insurance verification or medical documentation is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
