Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Sales Support Representative will ensure timely and accurate processing of patient orders, serve as a key liaison between healthcare providers and internal teams, and maintain CRM records while supporting the operational success of Nidra Therapy.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain required patient documentation and follow up on missing information
• Track and manage patient orders, coordinating with various teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Associate Sales Representatives to support regional efforts and onboarding of new clinics

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, sales support, customer service, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and handling protected health information
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
