Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound leads, schedule client calls, and assist with onboarding while ensuring a positive client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound/outbound leads and schedule calls with potential clients
- Provide quotes and set up networks for trials while answering pre-sales questions
- Maintain CRM records for clients and assist with onboarding new clients
Required qualifications
- Experience with WordPress and SaaS B2B sales
- Knowledge of the education industry, preferably in US higher education
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Experience working with clients in the US, Canada, and Australia
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Meet)
