Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Bank's Small Business Administration (SBA) Express Program, the remote Sales Support Specialist will manage daily sales activities and application processing, serving as a key contact for bankers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to bankers throughout the loan application process
• Review and analyze SBA Express loan applications for eligibility and compliance with policies
• Communicate proactively with bankers regarding application status and required documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations
• Proficiency with banking platforms such as BOSS and Spark
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
