Job Summary
Providing superior service to the wholesale distribution sales team, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will act as a liaison for the Outdoors - Fiberon business units, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to the Sales team and customers regarding order status, product details, and pricing
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer-related issues and maintain service excellence
- Deliver accurate product and technical information to the outside sales team, ensuring alignment across departments
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service within a B2B or wholesale environment
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and ability to interpret technical specifications
- Strong desire and commitment to sales
