Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer, the full-time remote position will focus on developing and delivering engaging training programs, creating high-quality training materials, and assessing training effectiveness to enhance the sales team's performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and experienced sales team members
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs based on evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role
• Strong background in content creation, including presentations and instructional design
• Proficiency with training platforms and content creation tools such as PowerPoint and video editing software
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques
• Ability to design and deliver training programs tailored to different learning styles
