Sales Training Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of sales training programs, the full-time remote Sales Training Delivery Manager will manage onboarding, design and facilitate training sessions, and oversee content lifecycle to ensure the sales organization is effectively upskilled and reskilled.

Key responsibilities

• Run the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring readiness milestones are met according to strategy
• Design and deliver engaging blended learning sessions, utilizing adult learning theory and facilitating both in-person and virtual training
• Manage the content lifecycle by creating, curating, and evaluating training materials to align with current initiatives and modern selling techniques

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, and learning and development with facilitation experience in live and virtual formats
• Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design, capable of designing blended learning independently
• Hands-on experience with a learning management system, including assignments and engagement reporting
• Strong program and project management skills, including scheduling and implementation with high attention to detail
• Ability to leverage data and metrics to analyze and achieve organizational KPIs
