Job Summary
To enhance sales effectiveness, the full-time remote Sales Training Manager will develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver live and virtual training programs, including onboarding and continuous education
- Create scalable onboarding experiences and manage the content lifecycle for training materials

Required qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical sales
