Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the development and delivery of training programs for Ethos Sales Agents, focusing on onboarding, coaching, and the creation of effective sales scripts.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing agents across various sales verticals
- Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and refine sales scripts, providing live coaching to ensure adherence
- Design and implement onboarding curricula and remedial training for underperforming agents
Required qualifications:
- Experience in building and delivering sales training programs in a high-velocity or regulated sales environment
- Proven ability to create engaging training content and materials
- Strong analytical skills to test and iterate training strategies based on measurable results
- Highly autonomous with minimal need for supervision
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions in both physical and virtual settings
